Challenge

Qingchungu is a nature-themed wellness and healing app, the digital extension of Teacher Shi Wei's Qingchungu — an international forest wellness and healing village. It carries the village's care for mental wellbeing, physical health, family growth, and daily lifestyle into an experience members can reach anywhere. To honour that ethos online, the app wanted several AI companions — each with a distinct personality and area of expertise — guiding members through different parts of the wellness journey. A single generic chatbot wouldn't do: each domain deserved a specialised agent with its own voice, knowledge base, and conversation flow.

Solution

CytoWorld is developing four distinct AI agents for Qingchungu, each with a unique persona, specialised knowledge base, and designed conversation style that echoes Teacher Shi Wei's wellness philosophy. Members choose the companion that fits their need in the moment, and the village's care travels with them between visits.
